If you have any problems in receiving your meal or if you need to make changes in your meals service, you must call all the office at 513.867.1998 by 10:00 am. If you have a doctor appointment or do not wish to receive a meal for a particular day, please call so we can stop service for that day. Other questions should be directed to your PASSPORT case manager directly.
