Balance Class

This class focuses on strenthening the lower body as well as special exercises geared to challenge and focus on one's balance. The class is instructed by a certified personal trainer.
Cardio Walking

Led by a certified personal trainer, this class teaches the latest indoor walking programs designed to get your heart pumping and your feet moving. This class features walking in place routines to fast paced music. It's a great workout!
Core Pilates
6:00– 6:45 p.m. Tuesdays

This class is a workout that focuses on the core - the area between the shoulders and the knees. One will tighten their legs, buttocks, thighs, back, abs and more. Our certified Pilates instructor will guide you through this challenging routine.
Stretch & Flex
12:45 - 1:30 p.m. Fridays

This class combines upper and lower body stretching routines to work all muscle groups. It can be practiced standing, sitting or on the floor. Everyone can benefit from this class. This class is the perfect complement to the Friday Weight Training class.
Tai Chi Play

These classes are ideal for beginners. One will learn basic movements, postures and breathing techniques in a slow, controlled fashion. It is specifically designed for arthritis sufferers, but will aid in a number of conditions. The class focuses on the Sun Style Short Form - Tai Chi for Arthritis.

Walk & Exercise

This program is a combination of group or individual walking and stretching to an exercise video. Participants enjoy gentle chair and standing stretching routines. It is an ideal class for those who are beginning an exercise program or haven’t been regularly active.
Weight Training
11:30 - 12:00 p.m. Fridays

Everyone can benefit from a weight training class. Strengthening muscles aids in overall health and wellbeing and helps one maintain an active lifestyle. Check out this new class!
Zumba
6:15 – 7:15 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays

Drop-in: $6 ea both member and non-member; purchase 10 class pass for $50
When you combine Latin music and exercise, you get Zumba. These dance workouts are created with specific beats and tempo changes in order to gain strength, lose fat, increase your cardio and work major muscle groups.
Zumba (gentle version)

This Zumba program is designed for the older adult or a beginner student. It is less intense, but still assists with gaining strength, losing fat and working the major muscle groups.
